Seberang Jaya

现在是星期一的凌晨，活动开始繁忙起来了，还真的是有一些害怕... ...

说一说星期日那一天我是怎么度过的吧！一早，我和俊铭就约好了，打算到Seberang Jaya 的一所图书馆讨论时事。由于我并不知道他的家在哪里，所以也只好缓慢地根据他的指示寻找他的家。最后，我才发现他的家并不难找，只需要在一个路口转弯，过后直走就对了。一到他家，我们就是不宜迟，俊铭的妈妈马上就带我们到离他家不远的Perbandaran Perpustakaan Awam Pulau Pinang，简称 PPAPP。

第一次去到那里，感觉整栋建筑物很大型，里边的空调的温度也恰到好处，气氛真的是好的没话说。由于是大型图书馆，所以里边设备齐全，应有尽有。例如：资料室、电脑室（需付费）、儿童专区、食堂等等。唯一遗憾的是，它的厕所还是有待进步... ...就这样，我们一早呆在图书馆（其实也不早了，因为那时候已经上午11时了）忙我们该忙的东西。

大约中午时分，俊铭请我吃他妈妈已经准备好的食物，当然我们是在图书馆里的食堂吃。过后，我们继续我们的任务，直到大约下午4时。这时候，突然听见一把熟悉的声音。你们猜猜我们遇到了谁？... ...

答案就是：邝贤祖。虽然他经常会来到这里，不过却没料到他那天也会出现在图书馆。他说，他是被他的爸爸逼来图书馆借书看... ...真是的！我们跟贤祖寒暄几句过后，我们就打道回府了。因为我的家人没那么早来接我，所以就直接到俊铭的家做客。这次，他的妈妈又请我喝一杯果汁，不经他一提，还真的不知道其实是红毛榴莲搅拌而成的果汁，口感怪怪的，应该是那种水果的纤维太稠密的关系。

之后，在他的房间里通过手提电脑交换一些资料后，爸爸的车也刚好到了。与他和他的妈妈道谢后及说再见后，我就回家了。

我以为累了一整天，真的可以回家的时候，我爸爸却说既然来到这里，就顺便在Chai Leng Park市区的大排档吃了再走。我拿爸爸没法子，所以就在那边享用晚餐。就这样，我在那里又消耗了近一个小时的时间。

所以，回到家就倒头就睡。呜...呜...呜...

认清自己的优点

在进入两个星期的繁忙假期之前，还是来写一些东西... ...

首先，这篇文章不针对任何人，更不针对英语爱好者。我想说，我之后多数的文章都会以华语来编写。其实，我作出这项改变并没什么值得一提，毕竟我还是比较习惯以华语来写作，但是我承认用华语写字真的比较耗时。至于我做出这个改变的原因，其实很简单，只不过是想利用我自己更熟悉的语言来表达事与物。我也承认英语一直以来是我的弱筋，我想在我努力修补自己的英语的同时，也不忘了我的母语始终是华语--一种我不会放弃的语言。

所以，我选择了华语。

如果有些人对我刚刚所发表的言论感到忿忿不平，请暂且息怒，听完了这则故事再说... ...

话说，周杰伦在小的时候，经常因为英语说得不好，而被老师及同学冷嘲热讽。老师常对他说：“你的英语只要一天没有改进，你就不会有出人头地的一天。” 周杰伦听了，只好忍气吞声。

是的，廿年后的今天，就如我们所知道的那样，周杰伦已经成为如日中天、家喻户晓的歌星了。在一次的访谈当中，有位记者就提起了他小时候的那件事，周杰伦就从容答道：“也许我的英文很差，但是只要我的华语说得好，我还是能挣口饭吃，不会被饿死。如今的我，难道不就是因为能够将华语歌唱好而红遍各地吗？”

大家明白我要表达什么了吧？就如周杰伦所说的那样，一个人拥有缺点是在所难免的，毕竟没有一个人是十全十美的；但是，一个人假使没有自己的优点，那就真的世界末日了。可是，一个人不可能没有优点，不可能没有自己的长处，因为一个人的优点与长处是代表着一个人的特色，即是分辨出你我的工具。有了自己的优点才会拥有属于自己的特色。

综合来说，只要一个人肯努力弥补自身的缺陷，他所拥有的缺陷并不可耻。尤为重要的是，每个人都需要认清自己的优点，将自己的优点发挥出来，这才是人生之道。


顺便一提，今天是世界无烟日，今年的主题是：拒绝二手烟，让肺自由呼吸。所以，吸烟的麻烦你们戒烟，以免周遭的人都要活受罪；没吸烟的好公民，当然就要继续维持这个良好的美德。

Please help them!

About 300 stray dogs were rounded up by Pulau Ketam residents and deported to an isolated island to fend for themselves.

One half of them are already dead and the remaining ones may not live long. A rescue mission is being mounted and help is needed.

The residents of Pulau Ketam sent some 300 stray dogs to exile on a remote island where the harsh conditions almost certainly guarantee a horrible death. Of the 300 dogs sent there, more tahn three-quarters are persumed to be already dead. I traveled to this island with Sabrina Yeap of Furry Friends Farm and managed to save only one dog on this reconnaissance trip. We did see several other starving and dying dogs along the mangrove shore.

Iam mounting an urgent rescue mission to capture and transport teh remaining survivors back to Sabrina's Furry Friends Farm animal shelter. But time is running out and there might be only skeletons and carcasses left to collect on our next trip. Boat hire is expensive there. It is a tourists area and it has already costs me a few hundred ringgit for boat hire alone, so far. The rescued dogs cannot be transported on teh regular ferries.

Almost nobody will lift a finger to help without a fee. This is understandable. The locals are already shaking their heads in disbelief that there are outsiders who want to save the animals they so casually discarded. Instead of pointing fingers and antagonising them, we need their co-operation to help save the unfortunate creatures. In the process, we also hope to eductae the islanders on better treatment of animas. It would be an impossible mission if we didn't win their hearts.

第26届常年运动会

这一天，是风和日丽的一天，衬托着一片泥泞的草地，真是煞风景。

今天，感觉上有些麻木，可能是看到充满泥泞的草坪，素质很差，而且还散发出阵阵的土臭味，令人反胃。

不过，没关系，这跟我家附近的草场下雨后的情景没有两样。我也参加了，但是成绩不比往年来的理想，应该是缺少练习的关系。无论如何，4x400米金牌和1500米铜牌还是弥补了我些许的遗憾。

最后，我们蓝组荣获全场总冠军，我带着疲累的身子上巴士...

A Dull Holiday

A week after the first class exam...

It's a holiday's week...I have planned everything properly so that i could manage to enrich my life within this week. Looks like I am wrong as the time continues flowing WITHOUT anything succeeded from me!

"Procrastination is the thief of time", I learned this long time ago. So what? I try to instill it into my mind, though sometimes my bad habit (wasting time without any reason) occurs repeatedly. This really tires me and I would like to sell my 'habit' free on charge.

Anyone?

Hah...I know this is impossible...

I know I can choose to 'throw' besides 'sell' it, but one thing I'm very sure is it will come back to find me if I throw it...So how? lock up?....

A Maiden Work

Okay, I have signed up for a blog here. I will try post some interesting things that happened around me as frequently as I can even though it seems impossible for this few days.

Frankly, my English is really TERRIBLE! So, if there's any incorrect usage of words or grammars, please forgive me. Hehe..I will attempt to improve myself from time to time.
